An almighty Jim Carey and Morgan Freeman performance with almighty laughs.
Great comedy and a great movie that has become a ‘must watch it once in a while’ classic. “I call them todaysies.” You can imagine that even God must laugh with this movie.
Ingenious bit of casting to have Morgan Freeman play God; If God ever spoke to me, I'm sure he'd have a voice just like him. Take a look on YouTube for the deleted scenes from this movie, they are boss comedy and should have been included in the only 100 minute long original: but when has many a Hollywood movie exec been a stranger to timid thinking?
